Digital Strategic Plan
The Beira Interior Regional Wine Commission, in partnership with the Intermunicipal Communities of Beiras e Serra da Estrela and Beira Baixa, challenged Wine Crush to position the region as a benchmark wine tourism destination in Portugal. Over the course of 11 months, we covered an area of 7,840 km², working across 20 municipalities and bringing together a dedicated team committed to turning vision into reality.
The project was developed through an integrated approach, starting with the definition of a clear strategy, including a strategic plan for product and experience development tailored to different typologies, segments and durations. In terms of branding, we created the concept and visual identity — expressed in a Brandbook, merchandising line, and outdoor and billboard campaigns.
For communication, we designed a comprehensive plan that included press releases, editorial content and translations, as well as support materials such as brochures, leaflets and roll-ups.
Finally, the digital strategy gave shape to the project’s online presence, through web design and social media management, ensuring coherence, impact and visibility across all touchpoints.
