The challenge was set by the Algarve Wine Commission: to define a new strategy for the Vinhos do Algarve brand, with the aim of increasing its awareness. The objective was clear. A new strategy was needed to help the region and Algarve wines gain prominence on the national and international markets.
In this context, we developed the digital marketing plan, which includes defining a new strategic rationale for the brand, developing new editorial themes, graphic design, defining metrics, and measuring results, both for the national and international markets, regarding social media management.
We also developed an action plan, outside the digital scope, proposing and executing various promotion and disclosure actions for Algarve Wines, such as participating in wine fairs and other events, promoting in specialized wine media, and finally, a promotion action for wines in Algarve restaurants, named “Algarve Entre Pratos e Vinhos”.
We are also responsible for developing the new website for the Algarve Wine Commission, which will be launched in 2024.
